Contact form: your name, email, and the message you write, so we can reply to you.

Scanner (GEO check): the business name, city, and category you enter to run the scan. If you unlock the full report, also your email address.

We don't store your raw IP address. To limit the Scanner to 3 free scans per day, we store a hashed (SHA-256) version of your IP that can't be reversed back to the original.

Contact form data is used only to reply to your message.

Scanner data (business, city, category) is sent to Google AI (Gemini) to generate the answers you see in the result — that's the core mechanism of the tool, not an extra use. (The Scanner can also use ChatGPT/OpenAI and Perplexity — they're switched off today while billing is being set up; this page will be updated if that changes.)

We cache each scan's result for 7 days so a second lookup of the same business doesn't spend another real call to these providers. If you unlock the full report, your email is linked to that result so we can follow up.

Google (Gemini): receives the business name, city, and category you enter, to generate the Scanner's answers. It doesn't receive your email or your IP. (OpenAI and Perplexity are built into the code but switched off today — they receive nothing while inactive.)

Supabase: hosts the database where scan results and the emails of people who unlock the full report are stored.

Vercel: hosts the site and runs the Scanner's code.

Zoho Mail: processes the contact form submission — your name, email, and message are delivered to our Zoho inbox so we can reply.

Google Analytics: receives basic browsing data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) so we can understand how the site is used, plus an event with no name, email, or other personal data when you submit the contact form or unlock a Scanner report.

We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or anyone outside what's listed above.

Scan results and the emails of people who unlock the report stay in our database; we don't currently have automatic deletion set up. The 7-day window only determines when a result stops being used as cache, not when it's deleted.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see the contact note below.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, device, approximate location). This sets Google cookies in your browser.

We also log an event, with no name, email, or other personal data, when you submit the contact form or unlock a Scanner report — just to see how many leads come from each channel.

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely.
