Is the Scanner actually free?

Which AI does the check use?
Right now, Google AI (Gemini), with real-time search. ChatGPT and Perplexity are already built into the code but switched off while we sort out their billing; this page updates if that changes.
How reliable is the result?
It's a real, live query to Google AI, not a canned answer: if the engine doesn't respond, we say so instead of showing fake results. It's a 5-question sample, a real signal of where you stand, not a full audit.
How many times can I scan the same business?
Up to 3 scans per day per IP address. Scan the same business again within 7 days and you'll see the saved result instead of us spending another real AI call on it.
What happens with my email?
It's only used to follow up on this scan. We don't share it beyond what our privacy policy describes, and we don't send spam.
Does the Scanner replace actual GEO work?
No. It's a starting point: it shows whether you show up today. GEO is the ongoing work that changes that answer over time.
