Network infrastructure: don't let a misconfigured router cost you a day of sales
Setup, support and connectivity troubleshooting for businesses that depend on the internet and their systems staying up, without needing an in-house IT department.
The problem nobody sees until it's already failed
A POS that drops mid-sale, WiFi that doesn't reach the back of the store, a camera that keeps disconnecting on its own: these are network problems, not software ones, and most small businesses solve them the hard way, calling whoever's available after something already broke. We treat it as part of the same work as a site or an app — if your business depends on connected systems, the network holding them up matters just as much.

FAQ
Do I need new equipment?
Not always. Often the problem is configuration, not hardware. We evaluate that before recommending you buy anything.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Initial diagnosis and fix is a one-time service. If you need ongoing support, we talk about a separate maintenance plan.
Does this apply if my business is small?
It applies if you depend on something connected working every day — a POS, cameras, WiFi for customers or staff. Business size doesn't change that.
Do you work remote or only in Costa Rica?
Remote diagnosis and configuration when possible; physical work (cabling, equipment installation) is in Costa Rica.
Something on your network keeps failing at the worst possible time?
Tell us what's happening — routers, WiFi, POS, cameras — and we'll take a look before it fails again.
